Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This policy explains how your data is handled when you visit pagenth.com and the choices you have. In short: we do not store any information about your visit in our own systems. You can browse without creating an account, and we never ask visitors for names, email addresses, or payment details. The only party that collects and stores data about your visit is Google, and only if you turn on analytics.
Who we are
Pagenth (“we”, “us”) operates this website and is the data controller responsible for any data described here. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@pagenth.com.
What we collect and why
We do not run a visitor database. We do not save your details, build a profile of you, or keep a record of your visit on our own servers. There are only two things to know:
Analytics (only if you consent). If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects usage data about your visit — including your IP address and an analytics identifier — to help us understand how the site is used. That data is collected and stored by Google, not by us; we only see aggregate reports. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is aggregate and cookieless.
Delivering the site. To send you the pages, our infrastructure providers (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare) automatically handle standard connection data such as your IP address, and Sentry may receive a masked report if the page hits an error (text and media are masked; no cookies). This is used only to serve and secure the site — it is not compiled into any profile and we do not retain it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.
Cookies we use
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Below is every cookie category we use. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_<id> | Google Analytics — measures site usage. | Analytics | Requires opt-in |
| cms_access, cms_refresh | Keeps you securely signed in — only set if you log in to the Pagenth app (HttpOnly). | Strictly necessary | Always on |
| pagenth_cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. | Strictly necessary | Always on |
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not share your data with a font provider.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not store it ourselves. The only party that collects and stores personal data about your visit is:
- Google (Analytics) — usage analytics, only if you consent. Google acts as our processor and holds this data on its own systems.
The following providers only handle connection data momentarily to deliver and protect the site; they do not build a profile of you for us:
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless web analytics.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — backend infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery.
- Sentry — error monitoring (only when an error occurs).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link. To exercise any other right, email privacy@pagenth.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, ask for your consent again where required.
